3Hats Terms — Short Version

• Welcome to 3Hats! Here’s what you’re agreeing to in plain language:
  

  • Be kind and fair. 3Hats is a creative community for artists, buyers, and collectors. Respect others and follow the rules.

  • Accounts. You can browse freely, but posting, selling, or messaging requires an account. You must be 16+ and responsible for what happens on your account.

  • Free or Premium. Free users can post a few works and see ads. Premium members get unlimited uploads and no ads.

  • Payments. Payments are handled securely by Stripe or PayPal. A small 3 % fee helps run the platform.

  • Your rights. You own your art and videos. You just let us show and promote them on 3Hats while they’re listed.

  • Licenses. When you sell, you choose how buyers can use your work — personal, learning, or commercial. Buyers must follow those terms.

  • Commissions. For custom jobs, funds are held safely until the work is approved. We can help mediate if something goes wrong.

  • Privacy. We protect your personal information and follow privacy laws. See our full Privacy Policy.

  • Fair use of tech. No bots, scraping, or misuse of AI. Be honest about AI use and respect others’ preferences.

  • Safety and reliability. We may highlight art, update features, or remove harmful content. Use 3Hats responsibly — we’re not liable for losses or downtime.

  • Disputes. Try to resolve issues directly; if needed, our Dispute Policy ensures fair handling.

  • Jurisdiction. 3Hats is based in New South Wales, Australia, and local laws apply.
