🔄 How Payments & Refunds Work

• Payments are processed through Stripe

• Artist payouts are held for 7 days for quality assurance

• Refunds are available for damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items

• Artists pay return shipping in eligible dispute cases

• Sometimes returns aren’t required (low-value or clearly damaged items)

  • 2–4 weeks internationally
