3. Buyers Discover and Purchase Your Art

When a buyer makes a purchase:

4. Ship Your Artwork

Once an artwork sells:

• Package it securely

• Ship it within the recommended timeframe

• Provide tracking (when available)

Artists are responsible for shipping—this keeps costs low and allows creative freedom in packaging and presentation.

5. Get Paid

Payments are handled through Stripe Connect for safety and reliability.

How payouts work:

• Payouts are held for 7 days after purchase

• If no dispute is raised, funds are released automatically

• If a refund occurs after payout, Stripe may apply a temporary negative balance

• You can withdraw money to your bank at any time once available

A refund may be issued if:
